Terms of Service
Membership is $15 per month and includes a $5,000 starting credit line upgradeable to $50,000. All payment methods accepted today.
Upgradeable to $50,000 as the ecosystem develops.
1. Platform Is an Intermediary Only
Global Interchange operates as a technology marketplace facilitating peer-to-peer exchange between members. We are not a party to any trade and do not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for any member’s performance, delivery of goods or services, repayment of credit-line usage, or resulting loss.
All trade obligations and credit obligations exist solely between participating members.
2. Credit Lines
The $5,000 starter trade credit line, upgradeable up to $50,000, is an internal Platform facilitation tool only. It is not a loan, banking service, or extension of credit by a financial institution.
Global Interchange is not responsible for any member’s inability or unwillingness to fulfill a trade or repay credit-line usage. Any default or dispute exists solely between participating members.
3. SEC Regulation A Compliance
Global Interchange, Inc. is qualified under SEC Regulation A. Any securities offerings are made solely through the official offering circular filed with the SEC.
This Platform does not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation to purchase securities. Investment decisions should be based solely on official offering documentation.
4. ISO 20022 & Future X Infrastructure
Future X Stablecoin settlement infrastructure may utilize ISO 20022 messaging standards to support interoperability, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Global Interchange makes no guarantee regarding timing, availability, or technical implementation of future X settlement infrastructure.
5. No Investment or Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. All participation and trading decisions are made solely at your own risk.
6. No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Global Interchange disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific participation or trading outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Interchange, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform, any trade activity, any credit-line usage, or member performance or non-performance.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Interchange, Inc. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your trade activity, or violation of these Terms.
9. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Clark County, Nevada under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Platform by providing written notice to legal@globalinterchange.net.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes to Terms
Global Interchange may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
